I started this blog to help with managing weight loss. I have been significantly overweight my entire life.
I was made fun of for years, but never found the motivation or determination to actually lose the necessary weight. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disorder, which is an autoimmune disorder where gluten causes damage to body organs. It's not curable, and can only be treated by eating a healthy, gluten free diet. So as a result I am now having to make the diet changes that I've never managed to before. I'm going to be posting recipes and other tips on how to eat healthy, and get all necessary nutrition while managing a fully gluten free lifestyle.
